the apple of my eye is back and my routine is back to normal. we took a little trip to the grocery store from the airport and he was messing around with me not being able to eat all the goodies that filled the aisles. it felt like we were 10 years old chasing each other around the grocery and me whacking him with my shower gel. then he actually pulled me close and snuck a little kiss in between the laughing and name calling.
stan never struck me as one for public displays of affection but he suprises me sometimes. he doesn't flinch when i get a little starry eyed and hug him on the escalator or when my hand finds his in the parking lot. it's so refreshing to find someone who doesn't mind a lipstick mark on his cheek or two.
i'm all smiles and i feel like i'm on top of the world.
