food food food...

i'm in the mood for cooking. it all started with a field trip i had with the grade 1 class to our little farm up in cantipla. i volunteered to bake cheese cupcakes which turned out to be quite yummy. the kids loved it and they wiped out all the cupcakes i made. being up there reminded me how beautiful it was up there and how nice it would be to have a lovely party with good friends and good music.

i'm crazy about anything with cheese nowadays so i was thinking of having parma ham and shrimp cheese fondue, a light spaghetti aglio olio, a nice crisp romaine lettuce cesear salad with lots of parmesan cheese, minute steaks which we can grill ourselves and tia maria crepes for dessert.


mmmm.....
