kung hei fat choi!

i didn't get to make any during the usual new year but i suppose catching the chinese new year isn't so bad. and here they are:

1. appreciate one thing (or more) everyday no matter how little.
2. exercise more
3. eat healthier. and avoid stress eating. man.... i'm turning 30 this year. i actually have to check stuff like cholesterol and stuff.
4. make an effort to be better dressed. feeling pretty makes you feel happy. being happy makes you more productive.
5. be more organized and neat. write it down!
6. do more artsy things.
