whenever he needs something from me, i go get it. it might not be right away due to the other things in my life i have to take care of and sometimes it's not exactly what he wants all the time. but i try. i try my hardest and my best. even if it means going out of my way. even if it's way out of my way. even if it means driving to the opposite end of the city, driving for an hour and lugging a painting the size of a carpet around with me.
no thanks needed i always say. i do it for love. for friendship. for whatever causes those warm fuzzy feelings in my heart whenever i see him.
so what if i neglected to ask for a teensy weensy paper that says i left the painting with the framers. shouldn't we believe in the goodness of other people and that the frikkin painting will be framed and returned in perfect condition in a week just like the framer guy said?
