this part is called obsessing

i read somewhere that worry is the worst toxin there is to the human body. perhaps a quarter pounder with extra cheese burger will kill you, but anxiety surely will.

for the past week, i've been a compulsive worrier. 2 year contracts. my boyfriend's ex flame, money, insurance policies, the frikkin art cabinet, wanting to go back to my original kids, being alone, what to do on the weekend...

maybe it's PMS and a combination of all these loose thoughts floating around undealt with. i think the only way to put them to bed is to deal with them one by one, head on. no more procrastination and hoping they'll all go away.

my new mantra starting now: "BE HAPPY. BE FREE."
